Incredible judging panel for this year’s ifva Awards! The judging panel for the 30th ifva Awards is comprised of influential people from the film, animation and multimedia arts industries. Among them are: Winner of Best Actor of Hong Kong Film Awards and Founder of Infinitus Entertainment Limited, actor and producer Mr Andy Lau; producer and screenwriter of Best Film of Hong Kong Film Awards Ciao UFO (2026), Ms Amy Chin; producer of Hong Kong-produced masterpiece of animation with Hollywood and Japanese animation qualities Another World (2025), Ms Polly Yeung; co-writer of A Guilty Consciences (2023), the first Hong Kong film to gross over HKD100 million, Mr Terry Lam; and many other distinguished names. This edition of ifva also invited several judges from overseas including Mr Sébastien Simon, filmmaker and the programmer of Busan International Short Film Festival; Ms Leong Puiyee from Singapore, Programme Head (Film) of Objectifs Centre for Photogrpahy and Film; and Ms Wang Chi-Sui from Taiwan, Programme Director of Taichung International Animation Festival and Executive Curator of Kuandu International Animation Festival.
