Artist’s Statement
Yuen Yeung is a Hong Kong drink that combines tea and coffee. This fusion of East and West has a delightful taste and a complicated history. In 2014, Yuen Yeung was declared part of Hong Kong´s intangible cultural heritage. Now, we struggle to explain Yuen Yeung to outsiders and ourselves.
