Artist's Statement
I believe that pure friendships exist, even though they may be short-lived. Perhaps the brevity of such relationships makes them more beautiful and cherished. Some people say pure friendships are but love unrequited, but we believe that pure friendships are innocent and companionable bonds. They are irreplaceable.
