On Chinese New Year's Eve, my grandmother took "me" to the home for the elderly and something memorable happened that I still remember vividly now.
Artist's Statement
This film deals with the human condition, focusing on the “marginalised group” of senior citizens that stay in the city’s retirement residence. During the era of fast economic growth, we seem to have been oblivious to the lives of seniors. It is my hope that this film would inspire people to reflect on this issue, thus care more about the seniors and pay more attention to what they think.
